Complaint from Amazon Seller regarding services

I am Seller on amazon and here are my complaints:
1 A trainer initially informed about referal fees being charged on lesser amout but later I was charged on higher amout and Amazon is not ready to reimburse me the loss nor they care. Attaching hereby saved conversations with both of them
2 Their payout cycle is pathetic. They keep certain amount each time with differnt reasons and saying it will be paid in next cycle. It’s almost impossible to keep track on what is sold, what is paid, how much is returned na dhow much balance they have. I sell watches on other e-commerce websites and Amazon is worst I assume
3 They don’t care for pickup. Each day you have to remind them that a pickup is scheduled. Don’t we have any other work on life?
4 Their each report shows different fee structure that they charge, you don’t know which to rely nor do they know
5 Their safety claims are as fake as them. They ask for unrealistic demands. Can send you 2-3 proofs
6They charge gst 2 times to seller. Once on referal fees and then OK shipping charges and also under head service charges ( Have asked clarification to gst dept on same)
7 Their customer care executives suck. They are just great at wasting your time and energy (I assume they are underpaid)
8. They accept a particular image of an item,you sell few quantities and then without your knowledge the item is suppressed for improper image
9. They disable easy ship option as and when they feel like with sillieat reason so that you shift to FBA and they get more profits
10. Initially they did not come for pickup and after certain period your order gets canceled and they charge you and you have to request to not charge for error of theirs
11. For easy shipping they made rule of label stickers for no great reasons. The local printers refuse to print or the stickers get stuck in printer. They are not at all seller friendly
12. They don’t let you add videos to a item and asks for several documents which make no sense and which a startup will definitely not have
13. Many times the order gets cancelled even before its reached and they do not charges customer anything or maybe they do not pass on buyer anything for prininting, packing and efforts cost
