Complaint regarding Airtel Broadband connection

I have taken Aritel broadband connection last year on Sep 5 2016, with Rs.1000 advance for new connection as my plan was Rs.1299 with local + STD call free. therefore when I received my 1st bill of Rs.1919 and I don’t know why I’m getting extra amount in my bill and I wrote a mail to them and they never replied to my mail, since then they are sending me bills again and again with that extra amount included so I have decided to pay only actual amount of my bill and they keep adding extra amount every months and in April 2017 when they send their agent to receive my bill amount from me then I have paid him that amount and also I ask him that why I’m getting these extra amount added in my bill and he said that sir there was a activation fees which is included in your bill and I said as I have already paid Rs.1000 when I have applied for new connection then why I’m getting that amount in my bill again and again. He said that Sir I will waver that amount from your bill and since then they keep adding extra amount in my bill and I have decided that I’m not going to pay them anything from now. on 22 Aug 2017 I got their mail that they have disconnection my services.
and the actual thing is that my broadband connection was already suspended from July 2017…and also I have all proof with me and I’m going to take a legal action against them..
