Complaint regarding Airtel set top box

I M using airtel digital tv for last 3 year. I have 2 connection of airtel digital tv. So due to some issues i discontinue the 2nd connection so that case i requested to airtel that i need to discontinue the 2nd connection so that they told me that if the connection got disconnected then we need that settop box. So i asked them if in future i want to start this connection again then they told me that we will give you that box back..without any charge you should pay only the subscriptions charge for the same. So said ok.

But now i want that connection back along with the set top box so i again request to airtel. So now airtel is saying that sir you have but a new settop box if you need new connection. That settop box we cannot reverse. I said then what about my money which i had spent to buy that settop box. They said sir that amount also we cannot give u back.

So plz help me out.
