Complaint regarding amazon.in poor services

Ordered Sunward men trench coat online through amazon.in on 6th jan 2020 by prepaying 3394 amount.Now the product was deliverd on 20th Jan2020 and is damaged ,faded color, poor quality , have cut inside and with only one button.the product displayed on site and recieved are different.
asked for return on amazon.in but got a revert that i will have to courier it to the vendor and they will refund me.
now amazon customer services can not be contacted so that i cn ask them to tranfer the amount in my account.
