I tried to cancel my ticket for tommorrow from new to imphal through yatra portal but it told me cancel through the airline ( Air Asia) as the travel time is next day morning at 9.15 am departure time . The toll free number provided on the internet doesnt work at all . How would the customer cancel the ticket if the customer care phones are not working and there is no way to cancel through yatra portal . The civil avaition ministry should take care of such instances as this could happen to many passenger across India .
