Poor Service: No response for AMC on faulty washing machine. Value: 10000
We have a front-load washing machine of IFB. We have AMC (annual maintenance contract) activated on 7th October 2023.
Now, the washing machine is not working and despite several complaints to customer care, nobody is repairing the washing machine.
The service personnel are telling us we will repair your machine after 45 days. Whereas, nowhere such terms and conditions are written
