Regarding non-delivery by Firstcry

Firstcry didn’t delivered a product I already paid. Value: 650

I ordered 11 items from firstcry and they delivered 10 items and updated status as delivered for all 11, when I contacted them they informed me that nothing can be done as all products are delivered, i didn’t received product and i had already paid for same, Please help

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails.
