Complaint regarding amount deducted on Yatra App

Amount deducted but ticket not booked yatra. Value: 5404

I booked flight from Yatra App on 21 January 2024 for our journey from Goa to Bangalore and made the payment via UPI mode. The amount was deducted from my bank account but i did not receive the tickets. There are no customer care number & i made a complaint via email but received no response.

Refund from Yatra – Rs.4,509/-: Mr. Randhir Ashar of Nagpur, Maharashtra had posted his complaint on 15-01-2021 regarding refund due from Yatra in the sum of Rs.4,509/-. Yatra had earlier confirmed that his refund has been processed on 03-12-2020. However, customer did not get refund and there was no response from Yatra to his emails. However, the ticket got cancelled due to fare expiration and the customer was told that the refund would be soon. However, customer did not get refund and he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-04-2021. The matter was taken up with Travolook and customer finally got his refund by 20-04-2021. On 16.11.2015 he registered a complaint with IFB service center since the washing machine was not working.
