Complaint regarding amount transacted to a wrong UPI ID

This is to bring to your notice that I have transferred sum of Rs. 50,000 from my Federal Bank app to a unknown UPI id(rxxxxxa@ybl). This happened by mistake from the sender side at the time of transfer. I raised a complaint with my banker to stop and reverse the transaction for which they said it will take 35-45 days of time to revert back the amount.On further following up on the same they mentioned that their complaint cell has reached out to the banker of the receiver but the individual isnt reachable. I request you to resolve the issue at the earliest.
