Complaint regarding bad behaviour of jio staff

Hi there I am complaining regarding the pathetic service of jio. I have taken a new jio connection installation date has been allotted to me.

But can’t get the job done. Installation engineer refused to install the jio setup box due to distanced from another pole because the nearone has no empty slot for another connection.

Firstly the date the have committed to install not installed delayed it and again saying for further delays.

Who will cover the loss I’ve got?

Is my time not worth for jio?

I don’t want this haptic service further the engineer says if the cable wa broken due to distanced we will not take it.

I want my full refund and action against the engineer and my loss. What’s my fault in this?
