Complaint regarding bank transfer to wrong account

I would like to state that, on doing an IMPS transfer of Rs.8000/- from the Account number State bank of India to account number Bank of India, But by mistake we had entered the last four digit number of the IFSC code – BKID0004229. On contacting the branch it says contact cc then they say don’t contact us and gave wrong information.
