My brother in law Mr. Pxxxm Pxxxxxl has bought coolplad note 5 from amazon.in on 28th oct and gifted to me. i opened the box on 8th nov and found that opposite person unable to hear my voice. there was a mic problem so i submitted handset to their andheri east service centre on 10 nov and asked for a replacement but they denied and told me i will get my handset repaired within 15 days. today is 22 dec still not received my handset repaired nor the replacement. every time service centre people tell me we have not received parts from coolpad so you have to wait more days. I want my handset repaired within 1 week or else a new handset as a replacement or money back. my complain no./job no. is RGJOBAND/1718-006274.
