Complaint regarding blocking of uber account and ride pass

On 03/02/2018 by 3.30 PM I booked a ride from my residence at Nesapakkam to Ayyappanthangal under ride pass and I was quoted the price of Rs.99/-. I reached the destination at 3.56PM. The driver informed me that the wifi is not working and he is unable to close the meter as it is revolving. As I know the amount and as per the request of Driver Manogaran I paid Rs.100/- to him. He accepted the payment and moved. Immediately I got a message from Uber that I paid only Rs,49.50 only to the driver and asked me to pay the balance due amount Rs.49.50 additionally during my next ride to the next driver. Immediately I replied them since I had paid Rs 100/- to the driver, as per the normal practise and procedure, no amount is payable by me, Immediately they blocked my account and said that unless I pay the balance I cannot take a ride. I was stranded at 9 PM with my wife. The validity of the pass will lapse by this month end. My money in paytm account, Rs.750/- has been blocked.
