I placed an order for 2 items costing Rs.844/- (Rs.447+397) and paid Rs.500 through gift card and Rs.347 through net banking on 23.12.2017. Payment received confirmation received from Flipkart through email & SMS. But during delivery, Ekartl delivery boy mentioned that the order is COD and I have to pay Rs.447/-. When contacted customer care of Flipkart, they told me that they cannot do anything and I have to contact support[@]phonepe.com, who will solve my problem. Till now no contact made either by Flipkart or Phonepe people. I am afraid if I loose my Rs.844/-.
