Complaint regarding data entry fraud

I received a call on 11 April 2019 saying that I will get a part time job and I will have to fill forms. I will have to fill 1500 forms in 7 days. I said I will not do this now but after 22 April. I then registered with ONE POINT ONE SOLUTION company but did not do any work. I received a call yesterday demanding Rs.24000 otherwise they will file a case against me. I received this call from 78xxxxxxxx7 number and today 30 april 2019 I received legal notice.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
