Received Defective Product From Paytm Mall Ecommerce site

I purchased coolpad note 8 mobile on paytm mall on 25th april 2019 . it was delivered on 27 april 2019 .. but this mobile was defective both sim slots not working and battery issue .. so i m raised return and refund req in paytm mall on same day  also called to customer care he told that visit nearest authorized services center and bring Job sheet /DOA letter .. so im visited and asking that letter .. coolpad service center reject to giving that telling me only purchesed coolpad mobiles in amazon site is authorized for services and everything if you purchesed other Ecomerce site you are not eligble to service and warrenty .. im also contact coolpad customer care he also telling same thing .. after i call to paytm customer care and explianed all matter but that ppl not understand my prblm only telling bring letter … now i dont know what can i do further
