Complaint regarding data typing scam

Recent hack- They provide job free of cost with no fees and they get the typing work done and submitted. While paying salary, they will ask for charges and loot both work as well as charges. They use BP-PARTYM and third party mass SMS software to send messages(to make it look like authentic) and call themselves as agents.
One such agent : freelancerkarthik5@gmail.com calls himself as Kxxxxxxxk Dataentry. His mobile number 88xxxxxxx6.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
