Complaint regarding defective Boat bluetooth headset

On 3rd May I raised complaint to boat team to replace my faulth bluetooth head set as it was in 1 year warrenty. This product delivered to them on 9th May due to their shipping delay. I called them on 13th May to ask for status, guy said this product is out of stock but we can send you same product with color black. I agree on it and he said we will dispatch it tomorrow itself and it will be delivered to you on Monday I.e. 20th May 2019.
I didn’t received it on committed day so I called them again. They give same answer like the product is not available we can give you black and we will dispatch it tomorrow.
I asked them to dispatch it on same day as it was already delay on which she is agreed.
I called them today as well, and same answer I got. Ita almost 1 month I lost due to delay by Boat team. Can you check it.
