I ordered boult airbass propods of 2000 rs. From Amazon on 07/ Aug / 2020 after a month one side bud is not working as the product has 1 year warranty and my product is under warranty, I tried to contact the Boult audio and email the company as the company replied after 3 days 2 calls and 2 emails. Company replied me to send my product on my own expense to the address ( Exotic Mile, 1st Floor, B-67, Wazirpur Industrial Area, Near Honda Showroom & Royal pepper Banquet, New Delhi-110052)
I want to say as I spent 2000 rs on a product, if the product is under warranty why does not company providing Their own courier service.
Please, help me.
