I write this with a heavy heart, I thought of changing my phone afer 5 year and i recently bought Google Pixel 6A phone from Flipkart. The phone seemed good at the time of delivery, However after opening the camera application the screen went black. This was just 5 min after the delivery. The delivery was done on 31st July 2022.
When i contacted Flipkart regarding the issue, they said they will arrange an Engineer Visit and refund the Amount by 5th Aug’22. But there was never an Engineer Visit and they are just denying the same. My hard earned money has been looted by the Tech giant. They have simply rejected the Return Request and my money is gone.
I request you to take strict action against them if i buy any product online the customer has the rights to return and get a refund within 7 days. But the e commerce companies are not following this rule. I have taken videos and photos of the same as a proof. Awaiting your response on this.
