Complaint regarding defective Panasonic Eluga Icon2

Panasonic Eluga Icon2 model supplied with very defective Android 5.1` OS with defective touchscreen caused regular phone operation problems, local service center could not resolve the issue within warranty period. The set was purchased from a local dealer M/s Wocky Tocky,Sakchi, Jamshedpur-831001 vide Invoice No.010230 dated 28/8/2017. I want to take up this technical deficiency with the manufacturer for resolving the issue.
