Complaint regarding delay in delivery by Ecom express

My shipment is delayed too much its already 7 days completed but still shipment is showing in transit state in stead of deliver to concerned delivery location. Value: 1349 rupees. Awb Number : 58xxxxxx73

Its already been 7 days completed but still my shipment not reached to concerned delivery location instead of this its showing in transit state I’m kindly requesting u please resolve the issue and take action on Ecom express delivery partner

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.10,000/- : Mr. Kakarla Chandra Shekar, Kadapa Dist, Proddatur, AP 516360 had returned WYBER TV to Snapdeal on 28-02-2017 by incurring courier charges, as wrong product was delivered.
