I ordered a LG TV 55inch from amazon and after the delivery to home its been 1 week no body came for the installation. I called up for the LG service and reported this issue. No body is supporting, just they will mention will come tomorrow morning, evening till date they didn’t turned up. I need a help what should i do here, am totally fed up with this people calling up all day. Totally dis-satisfaction from the LG service team! I need a compensation for this!
I wrote a email and cald up the customer service am sharing you the screen shot how much time they put on hold on me. Very much disappointing..
I wasted my time very badly.. on following this people.
