Booked a flat in 2005 and after couple of years of wait we tried to validate the status of the construction and realized that its not yet started however office says its almost completed. after multipe follow up and harassment we decided to withdraw our application and requested for refund. They told us after receiveing all the receipts and documents they will refund the month in 1 month. its almost 8-10 years we are waiting for the refund. Please help to get our hard earned money back.
