After seeing the Reliance Big TV advertisement in news paper, I booked a DTH connection by paying an advance of Rs 499 online.

I was not even provided with any registration number or any other proof of payment received.

According to the advertisement and information available on website, installation was to be started in 15 to 45 days of booking. I booked it on 11th March 2018 and since then I have been chasing the Reliance DTH customer services but no success.

Each time i call, a different and false information is given and I am asked to wait to receive a call from them. Their executives on the call are extremely unprofessional and do not have any information.

I have started feeling getting cheated by Reliance. They took an advance assuring me of 45 days maximum and now I have not left with any TV connection at my home for last 4 months.

I am going to file a case against Reliance in consumer court for the compensation of harassment i have gone through. My son is not able to watch TV and i am in a dilemma whether to buy a new DTH connection or wait for Reliance.

People making fool out of customers must be punished.
