I have Dish TV connection for last 8 Years. My package is Pick by channel and Subscription paid up to Oct 2018. One of the channel is not coming in my set top box (751 ET Now) or on menu list and when I contacted customer care and he informs me to request for Service technician on price. I did not agreed and If this can not be done I would like to surrender my dish connection and requested for refund for the money which is available in my credit. He tells me the money can be transferred to another acc holder and money can not be paid back. I could not understand why they can not refund the money when the connection is terminated.

Today when I contacted once again with cus care on same issue he tells me ET Now is changed to different format and cannot be viewed on old set top box and need to change to HD Pack. Also he tells me I can not change to HD Package as I did not complete 90 days on Pick by channel package. Also I can not get yet another channel instead of ET NOW.

My concern is as follows:
1. When I subscribed for few channels, Dish TV changes the format on one of the channels why they did not inform and offer to yet another channel of same value.

2. If they can not do and consumer should have option to change the package or disconnection and refund the money.

3. Now I can not change the package or disconnect and get my prepaid money.

4.Kindly help me to resolve this issue.
