The return order pickup has been delayed over a month. Multiple chats and mail with customer care has only resulted in assurances that it would be picked by 2nd May, 2023. It is discerning to note, that after another escalation this morning I’m being asked to arrange a “self courier” as our location is unserviceable. This seems to be the modus operandi of Ajio, which is nothing short of a scam; as I see many others before me to have reported this issue but nothing seems to bother this bunch of rather unprofessionals.
