Caseily Accessories is an online business on Instagram. I came across this recently and ordered a product on April 27, 01:25pm. I paid ?599 and since day 1 I’m asking for tracking details. They keep me on seen, or give very baseless responses like ‘yes’ ‘okay’ and never responds. It’s the 7th day today and still no details of shipping or dispatch.
Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
