Complaint regarding delay in settlement by Raksha TPA

I have claimed Rs. 31437 for my wife treatment on dec 20, 2020.

On feb 5th 2021, they have raised query to get extra papers from hospital. And that paper also i sent them.
Those papers also received and they also changed to ” Query reply received ” as status.

I called many time to raksha and they replied that your process on pending. Thats it.
I sent all my original bills to Raksha and they have uploaded in my account.

Almost 3 months are completed but still no update from their side.

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi. Package contained shoes worth Rs800 which was declared. He had submitted all documents in support of his claim of Rs 1040 (800+ 240 courier charges) but DTDC were not processing the same.
