I have did courier from Hyderabad to Kazipet on 18th August, morning. But till now it has not delivered. It has reached to Warangal branch on 19th August,2018 morning. They kept the parcel in Warangal branch without dispatching. I have called several times to customer care of Warangal branch and Hyderabad branch. I have also raised customer service tickets to deliver it. But till today the parcel didn’t delivered. The parcel contains an application. The delay may disqualify me from Govt job. Before posting the courier, I have informed the same to hyderbad branch people, they confirmed , it will be delivered by monday to kazipet branch. But till now it has not delivered. Today I have called to customer care number, but they are not picking my call.No response from DTDC. I am facing such a harassment from DTDC whether they will deliver or not. Please take necessary action against DTDC courier service company. My consighment number : H09939696 .

I have did courier from haldia to Indore vijoy nagar. They said it will delivere within 3 days but now it’s 4 day but not delivered. I have to submit my documents in dgca for my education within a time but for not delivered my work will cancel. I will be rejected for that. For fast delivery I book premium but also it’s late. I am facing problem . Please look at my problem.
