Complaint regarding delivery of damaged goods

This is to inform you that I have booked My luggage through Front Line packers & Movers on dated 02-10-2021 from Mansa Punjab. I have received my Luggage/Goods at korba on 21-10-2021 By M/S GATI.

Few things I have mentioned in their receiving receipt sheet.

•       LED TV 40 inch (PANASONIC) -Found in fully damaged condition.
•       Tata Sky setup fully damaged.
•       Sofa supports are broken.
•       On Fridge top side dent observed.
•       Few of items are missing Like Buckets Pots and other things.

Despite of several follow up mails & Call they are not responding properly. I have paid extra amount at the time of booking  for the insurance  also, still they are not responding.

I request you to please look into this matter.
