Sir,i am an engineering student. i need my laptop for my daily curriculum. I had a LCD issue with my laptop and i submitted my laptop in Dell service centre, chadni chowk, kolkata on 16th october 2017.
But still i have not got my laptop back. Even after 100 of calls they are not paying any attention. they are just saying that they are not getting parts. its about one month and without my laptop i cant complete any of my projects and presentations. i seriously need my laptop back.my examination is knocking at the door. if i dont get my laptop back soon, i wont be able to submit any of my presentations.they are neglecting my issues. please take step please.
