My Kotak Mahindra Bank demand draft amount INR 2,360.00 dated 11-12-2018 favouring MSTC limited payable at Kolkata; which MSTC limited received on around 12th December 2018. but since then they kept giving me excuses after excuses; instead of either accomplishing the purpose of DD or returning the same.
As i have been connected with MSTC limited since years before the said transaction, i have had enough faith on them and thus i have never hurried. but despite my many requests on phonecalls and emails seems they are not serious at all. They passing the time very cleverly by replying the emails and phone calls, at times they don’t even bother to reply.
i have a strong suspicion that they Lost/misplaced the said DD on the very day of receive and they left with no choice than to deliberately harass me. This harassment is many more taxing than the DD costs. i beg relief and justice in this matter
