Complaint regarding double payment in online shopping

This is regarding Order SL14647 placed with Bodyshape – covetkart[at]gmail.com. I had placed a pre paid order for Rupees 899 on 31st August 2020 with the order number mentioned above. The order was delivered to the specified address (mentioned above) in my absence on 22nd September 2020 and charged again as a Cash on Delivery (COD). The delivery person had this order as COD as per his system and hence, the recipient paid the cash amount of Rupees 899 again.
I sent an email to the above contact email address within a few hours, and the email was acknowledged and I was informed that this will be looked into. Thereafter, I have been following up on the email, requesting for a refund of Rupees 899 as I have been charged double for one order, without a response.

Can I please seek assistance to obtain my refund from covetkart?
