I have been using SBI credit card for more than 3 years , recently i have financial issue due to final settlement delaying from my current company and also i am currently not working. Eventhough i am paying partial amount for few months after dues date.
They charged extra for Rs.12132 for the period from Nov 2018 to Mar 2019. Every day,I am getting the call minimum 5 calls from SBI.I got some message from Division manager through whatsapp message like threatening message.
Please find the attachment for my proof which i highlighted my complaint and please verify and take necessary action against them.’
