Complaint regarding extra warranty charges by Reliance Digital

Recently I have purchased Reconnect LED TV which is cost Rs.32,990 with free 2 years warranty from Reliance Digital, located in subash road anantapur. Before payment sales person telling that TV has smart featutes like screen mirroring, wifi inbuilt, web browsing and it will cost Rs.32,990 only with 2 years warranty. I was asking for discount but they refused to give discount for that TV.

So, i made payment of Rs.32990, when i seen the bill i was shock because TV price is only Rs.27,990 + they took Rs.5000 extra for extend warranty for 1 year without asking for my agree, then i told that i don’t want extend warranty, please refund that Rs.5000 to me, then that sales person cum cashier replied ”no sir, once payment we can’t refund the amount”.

I was shocked and i asked ”excuse me its not my mistake its was by you please refund the amount” then he replied with rudely and irrespectively ”no we can’t do anything and we don’t give money back”. Then i met the branch manager, he also not responding properly also he said ”go and complaint to anybody, i don’t care”.

what’s the hell with those people, both sales executive and manager made insulted me in front of the customers.
even i don’t know why the people is being like this with their customers.

and i mailed twice to the customer care of customersupport@resq.in, 3 days over but still i didn’t get any response from them complaint id #11790788

and i call to their care number also via call complaint #700270381

whenever i mail to them they will reply like ”Thank you for writing us, your email is very important to us, we will get back you in 24hrs” but still no response.

I need my money back of Rs.5000 and i don’t want extend warranty which they have deducted for extra warranty,
