Complaint regarding fake captcha filling job

I registered for a captcha filling job in the company HS Enterprises. They said that for each captcha they would pay Rs.3 and that we should complete 10000 captchas within 10 days. according to the Company we should maintain an accuracy of 90%, which means 9000 captchas should be correct. The company said that they will reduce an amount of Rs.6900 as registration amount from the salary. But when I log in to there website, it is taking a lot of time to load captchas. And it is impossible to complete 10000 captchas within 10 days. I would like to cancel the agreement. But the help line provided by the company is not responding.
