I run a startup interior design firm, I was in need of leads, i found this idaynyt company, who provide leads in different packages. I chose Rs.12000 + GST, which provides 12 unshared leads, valid for 2 months. I paid the amount on 19/06/2023, to start the package from 01/07/2023.
It’s been 5 months now. Since July, they share leads which neither responds nor calls back. They have shared more than 7, but not a single lead was genuine. After paying such huge amount, i have not been profited even a single rupee. The company staff service is not at all good, they don’t respond properly once we are paid the amount.
I fought with them, and spoke to the owner, who asked for sometime and they provide leads, if they fail to do so they will refund my amount. Even after giving the time they asked for, nothing was improved. Then I asked them to refund my amount and they denied it.
Is there any way to get the refund, if yes please help me with this. And I hope no one should get trapped with such consultancies
