Order delayed/postponed without any information. Value: 1316

I placed a order yesterday and it showed one day delivery. As its my friend bday tomorrow I ordered it through flipkart trusting that delivery will be on time. Im still waiting for the delivery call and without any information the delivery got delayed & Postponed to 25th Nov.

Thisnt the first time I’m. facing this issue.but I ordered as a gift and it’s emergency.

They simply used this one day delivery option as a cheap marketing trick to loot consumers money in advance.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
