Complaint regarding fake sales by Instagram page shades

A scamming company- Shades ® Value: 1700

There is this account on Instagram by the name of Shades ® I have given the URL below. So i bought a shirt from them, paid online and these guys stopped reverting to my messages. Surprisingly they have a huge number of followers. Afterwards i googled n found that they have scamming people for a long time now, exactly like the did with me. I have all the screenshots. I m attaching the payment screenshot as an proof.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
