Complaint regarding short delivery by Flipkart Seller

I ordered “Leather Retail Full Sleeve Printed Men Jacket” In two quantity but I received only one jacket in the package. I ordered two quantity and both have same Order ID Number, Which means I should have received both the jackets in one packet. Because both have same Order ID Number. But I received only one Jacket and I didn’t received the second Jacket.
And I sent that unboxing video to gxxxxxxxxxr@flipkart.com mail. That their seller did fraud with me Firstly he sent only one jacket instead of two and which jacket I got that was also in different style.
And Now My account got blocked. And my refund is stuck on flipkart site. I only want my refund, No need to unblock my account. I was paid INR 3423 and I got only one jacket’s refund. Which one I got in different style and I returned that so I got INR 1621 refund. And my INR 1802 refund stuck on your site for missing jacket.
