Complaint regarding Firstcry intellikit world traveler

I had subscribed to 6 months firstcry intellikit. 1st month I have received the kit as they promised. But 2nd month they send me the same kit again. When I told the delivery boy to take it back, he said you have to pay and get refund instead of taking it back. And its only mode of payment is cash.

I raised a complaint at firstcry customer care and even after knowing from the order details they have online they asked me to send picture of the product. I did that too.

Waiting for another 24 hours a guy calls and says we will refund the money back to the ewallet And I asked when you took cash from me, I need cash refund as it was your mistake to send the wrong product. He says we cannot do that.

And he also says they will not be able to send the correct product.

They gave me the option to transfer the money to the bank and that will take 10 to 15 days. Are you serious.

I just want every one to know that don’t just fall for this type of products and saying its 50 % off now. Or any kind of offers.

Such careless and not properly quality control products can be a real bad experience to you and your child too.

My 4 year old daughter was waiting for her next kit and all this mess happend. I can’t even explain why we didn’t get the right kit and why they are not sending the right kit
