Complaint regarding flight cancellation by GoAir

Hi have booked flight from Bangalore to indore, which was on 24jan 2020. Suddenly I got cancellation mail on 21 jan 2020. They were suppose to provide solution before the day or departure, but they didn’t contact me. I was also tried,but not able to contact. And till now they didn’t contact me. I have tried to contact Twitter, but there they are replaying like they will contact, but when it’s not mentioned. I want me refund.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip.com for non-receipt of ticket/refund – Rs.8,871/-: Mr. Jaikesh Sudheer of Bangalore (princejake(at)gmail.com) had tried to book a ticket from Dubai to Bangalore on 11-03-2010.
