Complaint regarding fraud data entry job

Sphere services surat asking for money. Value: 8100. I am student i got a call from sphere services for doing data entry they have made a digital agreement with me and now they are blackmailing me to give money other vice they will. File a case on me i am getting messages from them that they have filed a case and they will send hard copy to address please help me what to to get out of these problem

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
