Complaint regarding fraud data entry work platform

There is an online platform for Work from home where I got cheated . They give me some task and when it completed they have give an information about penalty payment of Rs. 4000 . After that they will pay my earned money from that platform. And when I pay penalty money they dont paying my earned money, Whenever i ask him for money they reply with their excuses of network issues.. Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
