I got a call from Subhmangal (please note the spelling) matrimony about their marriage services +91 70xxxxx9 . The services offered were they will contact all the matches which i will shortlist and will arrange meeting with profiles who are genuinely interested for marriage.
After I paid, all they did was send me 3 matches every monday which are not even related to my preference. When I asked the to refund according to their policy, they bluntly denied. This is completely unfair. Please note the spelling its SUBH MANGAL AND NOT SHUBH MANGAL. I have attached the payment screenshot
