On June 18th, 2023, I happened to purchase a shirt valued at RS.1650 from an Instagram seller with the account shadesinc_ (https[:]//instagram.com/shadesinc_?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) I had done the payment to a UPI account with ID axxxxxxxxs@axisbank Under the Name of Pxxxxk Sxxxxi. Now the seller isn’t responding to any messages or queries through the account. And the parcel still hasn’t reached.
And there’s no way to track it.
I would like to report this Instagram account as a fraudulent seller. I would need them to repay the amount.
