Complaint regarding wrong and short delivery by mtriok

I have bought a set of 16 undergarments from mtriok which are received just now with 2 used scarp bras and just a cardboard sheet in it. I paid an amount of 499 to them which I’m unable to get a refund from them. There’s an email to raise queries and there’s no response from that guy (mxxxxx8@outlook.com). Indian consumer forum please help me to get the refund of the amount i paid from them. It’s a humble request.
