Complaint regarding Gionee P7 performance and service

1.I had bought a Gionee P7 Max thinking Gionee as a reputed and excellent mobile manufacturer in November 2016.
2. Ever since I purchased the mobile phone there were problems in the set.
3. When I contacted the service centre, I was told that there is problem in the software written for P7 Max and company has developed a patch and my software was updated.
4. Even after software updation problems, though reduced, remained in the set.
5. To add insult to injury,the battery failed exactly after 6 month warranty period was over with me to bear the cost.
6. With persistent problems, I got software updated again but without any improvement.
7. I finally submitted the mobile set to companies service center Sri Ram Engineers, Lucknow, on 4/11/2017 vide job No. GC17B00020778.
8. I was told that My set will be repaired in ten days time and since my set is warranty, set will be repaired but I will have to bear the cost of Battery.
9. More than 15 days have passed my set has not been returned by service center saying that parts are not being supplied by the company despite order has been placed on them on 4th November,2017
10. It is a very poor state of affair at Gionee that for one the product was launched in market without proper testing and now they are struggling with parts availability even when the product is in warranty period.
11. Kindly do needful and stop this bad word of mouth spreading about your company.
