This is about last year. My hitachi 5 star ac was not working. I called for the repair they said your compressor is not working and we have to change it. I said ok. They change under warranty and took around 7000 from me. after a month ac was not again working i called again they said your Underground pipe is leaked inside the wall you have to change it . I again said its ok you guys go for it .
again they change the location of ac i again spend around 5000 on refitting.after a month again ac was not working. I again called and they said there is a leakage in INDOOR of the ac.
I said its ok They change and i pay around 8000 for indoor. after a month again ac was not working i again called him and they said there is a part (not known to me) near outdoor machine is not working.I said its ok you change it they change it and i pay around 500-600rs.
But still ac is not working.
I dont know either is my fault that i have purchase HITACHI product. or either hitachi product is not repairable.
If not repairable than why service engineer harraa me for around 3-4 months of severe SUMMER.
Kindly give assistance to me.Where is the fault.
